Seedling Stretching Hard

Hey guys, have one jack herer and two train wreck seedlings in this makeshift vege cupboard, im saving to get a T5 x4 globes ballast for it but for now im just using an outdoor style large globe light.
The light it produces is very directional rather than spread.

My main query was is there anything i can do at this stage to stop them from stretching so much? With what i have on hand.

P.s. also attached a photo of a romulan plant i have that i started to train when it had gotten way too tall, it bend its own stem and knuckled up.

change your light. You aint doing yourself any favors with what you're using now. Use CFL, T5, T9, HPS, MH, Led.

You need at least 60 - 100W of light in there over those plants right now to stop the stretch.

replant down to the colys and move the lights down closer to the plant, should be about a foot above, have a low breeze blow over the plants to help strengthen the stems
and i would start low stress training if i were you

Jeez man that’s some serious stretch! Invest in a metal halide. 600w preferably. If I were you I’d replant and bury some of that stem and top it.
