seedling starting to get sick

a week ago i added a very mild solution of nutes to plant. i only added 1tsp into 10 gal of water.

the next day the seedling grew a lot and over a few days grew a lot of leaves.. but after a week i am getting little yellowish/brown spots on the leaves.

do i need to add more nutes?? ph is about 6 in hydro.

I would not give it any more nutrients.

Just let it be and it should perk up.

the spots started to appear a couple days ago and it's getting worse.. like i mentioned i only added 1tsp into 10 gallons.. that isn't a whole lot and i wonder if they need more nutes?

something isn't right. lower leaves have more spots than top leaves.. just hard to see them in pics.
