seedling problems

hi i havin problems with the seedling on the left the leaves are pointing down and the is lookin thin.its a inch under 125w cfl,its in phed 5.5 rockwool,temp 75 hum 30.the ww on rite is fine.wot can i do 2 get it goin again?how and how often shud i water the rockwool cuz i have fan on constantly and it seems 2 dry the rockwool quickly?also ive had them under the lite for 3 days constant shud i give them a rest in the dark? PLZ HELP its my 1st grow and i seem 2 waste my seeds cant get past seedling stage

Do you plan on growing them in soil? Ya want the cubes to be moist. Turn the fan off for now. When they get bigger you will need that.

I recommend turning the lights off and putting them on a 16-8 or a 18-6 schedule. Plants do their growing during the dark period. Also the fan really isnt necessary on ur plants just yet as DirtyBoy said. If ur worried about heat point it at the light or aim off from the plants to keep air moving in the grow room.
