seedling problems; i need some help!..

okay, so theyre about 2 weeks now, into veg, i have a cfl setup, running it on 18/6 & a couple of my seedling's leaves are drooping, & idk what to do.. -ill post some pics up in a lil bit, but i still have no clue why theyre looking like this..

Droopy leaves could either be a sign of over watering or under watering - I would tend to go with over watering but yeah, pics would be nice.
