Seedling problem

I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with this seedling. It is severely stunted and has a red stem. As you can see only one leaf is starting to shrivel and the cotyledon leaves are curling downward. It was also starting to fall over but I supported it with something. Can anyone tell me what they think is wrong?

That sounds like a good soil. Seedlings falling over raises the concern of damping off, but I don't see it in your photos. Have you had them under a dome or watered more than once?

I'd make sure there is a fan blowing on it and do your best to keep it supported up. No nutes.

I watered more than once one time. It was bottled water to the soil, and a couple hours later the soil felt dry so I sprayed it with a spray bottle a couple of squirts. I'm fairly certain I may have overwatered by doing that. just wanted a second opinion. And if so will this recover?

If there is damping off it will not recover. Otherwise I would expect her to come around.
