im new to indoor growing for some reason this is the only seedling that seems to be turning yellow anyone have anyideas on what it could be

What medium are you using?
and did you feed that any nutrients?

and too add I can see numerous things wrong with it.
Its in a rockwool STARTER cube, that should have been transplanted the day before, before, before yesterday! I am assuming the rock wool cube is just sitting out. now going to assume the temperatures are far from optimal so that plant cant grow roots in that enviroment, adding also to the fact it has no where to grow roots. You'd be surprised on how much roots a seedling SHOULD have. Also the rockwool cube looks really dried and poorly tooken care of. Your probably going to breed fungus and bacteria better then you will grow that cannabis plant.
Please dont take this personal, but get educated and read a few books on gardening in general, then after that get specifically into cannabis indoor growing. Knowledge is power!
