Seedling has splotches and tiny brown tips

Hey guys,

My seedling is 2 weeks and a couple says old now, and I've noticed some tiny little brown tips on my third node that is just coming in. As well as some tiny little brown tips on my second node. Also on one of the leaves on my first node I've noticed some weird discoloration splotches. Temp, watering, ph and lighting are all in check and seem great. The only things I think it might be are some root problems or nute deficiency/burn. This is my first grow and although I've read, watched, and researched a ton I have basically zero practical experience. So any help or advice would be greatly appreciated even if it's just to tell me it's fine. I'm just trying to stay ahead of any problems and gain more knowledge about growing. I'm using organic soil with basically no nutes in it. As well as the roots organics line up. The cotys are basically all white now and I started to see some slight discoloration in the true leaves so I fed her according to the roots organics schedule last night but at a reduced rate, which includes a foliar of ancient amber. Pics are below, and again, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated even if I'm just being a worried beginner. Thanks guys. Oh if you need more info, ask and I'll post.

I decided to recheck my ph even though it seemed perfect last night and somehow it lowered and the ph was around 5 maybe a little lower. So I flushed it to a normal ph and to get rid of any build up. Hope it helps.
