Seedbank says strains will not grow over 1metre , is this true?

Paradise seeds say that bar 2 of their strains the rest will stay under 1 metre

"Some plants tend to grow rather long, for instance Sweet Purple. This variety is best used outdoors. Another variety that will grow rather tall is Dutch Dragon, but this can be kept under control by flowering early, after 5 days of growing. The other plants will stay under one meter if you induce flowering after two weeks of growing or the third internode of sidebranches has appeared."

Anyone know if this is true?

You could veg it to 2 meters and prove them wrong.

Some strains have little stretch. I had a Peak NL that I vegged to 16" and it topped at 22" at the highest trich. Likely they have a short plant if they say so.

Notice they say 3 internodes or 2 weeks. I'd say it's likely true. If you want taller plants, veg them longer.
