Secret Shed Grow Room Build...Need Advice 15x15

Greetings.

I am planning on building a 15x15 Wood Shed with a secret 5 x 15 space for growing.
Section it off part of it for Veg and clones and the other part for blooming.

Now this shed its gunna be your run of the mill shed. It will look like a regular shed after built, but it will have a small deck and the outside wood will be covered in stone bricks for elegance. Now the inside is where the MAGIC begins. I will have a sliding door for the cover of the 5 x 15 so it looks like from the inside its 10 x 15 shed. Now to cover this sliding door and try to hide it On both sides of the sliding doors; one on the left and one on the right ( veg and bloom) I will put two shelves and on these shelves will be a series of Movies and generic collectables. Now in the middle there will be a 100" Projector screen to hide the rest of the sliding door.
In the Shed I will have a nice L Couch a Mini Fridge. Possibly a Candy stand.
Basically its gunna be a small movie theater shed/ Weed growing cover up. Also he at will be provided by a small Wood Stove for heating. Ill run my carbon filter out take through that space and my intake beside it ( one big hole but in reality its for the intake the outake of air and for the heat.

Flooring- Should I use Hardwood for the non growing part or Tile or Carpet? And for the wed part 5x15 what hould I use there. Ill also have fans but I use LED grow lights.

Growing Space- how much space should I have in the 5x15 space for Bloom and how much space in veg? Should I section it off Half and half 7.5 x 7.5 with a wall? or should I make the Flowering room larger? If so how many LED should I use? Will be using the 500w 336x-PRO LED http://www.hydrogrowled.com/336X-PRO---500W-LED-Grow-Light-P87C60.aspx
just wondering how many Ill need depending on room size. I wanna get as many plants in as possabe. Also would 3 or 5 or 10 gallon pots be best.

LED

Let me know what you think of it and any input would be great.

I'll start with the easy stuff. flooring for the non growing part? w/e you do you.
For the growing part I think tile is best because less stuff can live in it and its cheap.

I think you should seperate the veg/ flower space with plastic and staples so you can just move it as your plants grow and you find out what you need.

I've seen grows get away with as little as 1 4x4 led cube per square foot if its right up on the plant, but I think you should get as many as you can power... speaking of how exactly are you going to power it?

Thanks for the reply and LED wont fail. No cheap ones , I use HQ LED 50,000 hours. Tile Does seem best. I also will likley increase to a 20 x 20 build with a 5' deck so it will be 20" inside with a 5' weed grow space so it will look like 15' of space.

UPDATE 20x 25 for the deck so it will be 5' for deck and 5' for grow. so inside there will be a 20 x 15. perfect thanks for the help

It's a great idea, the room I mean, I have a shed that is hardly used and often pondered converting the whole thing but my climate varies from highs in the 90-100F summers, to lows of -30 winters. I'd basically have to build a room inside the room, then get enough power to it to heat and cool so I've been more or less scrapping the idea, would be nice but I can't see managing temps/humidity unless it was completely re-done. In which case, I may as well take a section of my garage and do it, far easier and more manageable imo, but of course you have to have a garage - lol.

Good luck, but you may want to some research in the LED section here before buying cheap chinese LED's, caveat emptor...

I like this idea, but aren't you worried about security? From the air, your shed will glow on IR, Haha.

I'm not sure I understand your intake system as well, are your intake and exhaust using the same hole? That's going to cause some heat problems if so.

Anyway, I'm subbed for the ride.
