seaofseeds help!

hey hows it going everyone. i was just wondering if anybody knows if seaofseeds sends you a email after you buy something are they suppose to cause i thought they where?

Yes you will normally get a confirmation email shortly after your purchase has been verified, sometimes they send you tracking information, sometimes not. I've had 3 orders arrive from sos in under 9 days, each on a separate occasion, dont fret.

what should i do if i dont get a confirmation email?

Check your inbox again and make sure you didnt delete it. Look in your spam folder as well. If you paid with a credit card, the email is sent instantly after purchasing along with a reference code.

You should get an email that gives you a useless confirmation number...you can't use it to look up anything, but you will get your seeds...just got some from them...

the fact that they give you a number that is useless got on my nerves, but as I said everything showed up...so that is what counts...not tracking.

@missnu the number you get is a royalmail tracking number that can be tracked through your local post track and trace service i.e royalmail, usps, aust post although you are right in some ways tracking can be a pain with these postal services as they do not show the correct details untill delivered but this would be a fault with the postal service not seaofseeds. If there are problems with the way you get the tracking number from sos then you should email them with your thoughts im sure any good suggestions will be most appreciated
