Sealed room pros question

Ok so if I had to guess I'd say my room is about 80-90% sealed

The A/C is a split system
I recently got my last light on and started moving the digital ballasts up %100

After I did that my AC failed to keep up in the room, my guess and some others was I'm missing about 12k to 24k BTUs

So I did what was reasonable and lowered all my digitals to lowest setting and the magnetics stayed at 1k

The room keeps up fine now but I'm worried how much impact the dimmed 1k lights will have.

I have a C02 system but have yet to introduce C02 I'm about a week into flipping into flower.

My buddy offered to let me use his portable A/C or two portable A/C's if I needed it. I'm worried that this is going to mess up my sealed room venting a portable AC

So I need some pro opinions, would the trade off of venting a portable A/C in a sealed room be worth being able to turn up all my lights?
All my hoods are unvented 1ks open hood.

I have about 6 oscillating fans in the room, two dehu's, and without C02 I can keep my room at 72-74°f and 55-65(RH)

Any info helps
Thanks.
