Sealed Glass Jars for bothe curring and storage...BEST and most economical please?!

Best places and styles to get REAL sealed glass jars, anyone?

I'd like to get some inexpensive ones that I can use to cure the buds easily but that still seal and function just fine...BUT then I also want some for storage that are top of the line...Possibly something that makes it easy to spray that "whatchyama call it"(can't remember the name) to keep the bud fresh and limiting/replacing the amount of oxygen in the container.

Can someone school me on all jars for the most part w/regards to the interests above?

I use canning jars. They come in several sizes. I use 1 quart and 2 quart size. You get 12 one qt or 6 two qt for about $10. There is also a vacuum adapter I'm looking into. Anyone have one of these?

Top of the line canning jars? Might I recommend Ball or Atlas, my good man. Blown from nothing less than the best silica sand available.

Could someone please tell me what spray he is referring to exactly?

i have never herd of a spray. i am interested in that also.
i use ball jars and they work great. i would love a jar like this one but i cannot remember the name of the company that makes a really cool looking one. if anyone knows i would love to know!! i hate searching though stuff to find it haha

Can't believe I'm drawing a blank on the name and you guys don't know either lol....It's in freakin High Times and other mags. It helps preserve the bud...You spray it in there just like a WD40 can with a thin straw and shut the jar the rest of the way real quick...I'll look it up!...

The glass ones with the latch and the seal I believe are called Hermetic jars aka Hermetic latch lid jars... otherwise cheap screw lid jars

Canning jars (mason, ball) are in my opinion the best and most affordable..oh and old pickle jars that you wash out really really well...lol. Really any glass jar with a water tight lid will do. Just check first...fill the jar with water and put the lid on and then turn the jar upside down...if it leaks, then try another jar.

mason jars are great for small amounts. use 5 gal plastic buckets for large amounts. they work great for storage. If you do a good cure you should never have to spay anything on your bud. I used jars until I started having large amounts.

Food savers have a canning attachment that will vacuum seal jars. That is what I use with mason jars

I'm surprised none of you heard of the spray...It's been in a ton of mags. etc. along with youtube with "Chubs" from Nuggetry.

BTW, thanks everyone...looks like mason jars are the simple economical way to go. I might have to hit up 420science for some of their UV jars though.
