sea of green tutorial video?

does anyone have a video or a reference to show the step by step process of the sea of green method. i have 1 1,000w hps and 1 1,000w mh lights. how many plants would u suggest i grow under those in a SOG? thanks for anyone that can give me that video.

I don't know man, when I started I watched all the old The GROW SHOW videos from POT-TV Network

There is all kinds of info there. If you have a 1000 watt that is tons of light though you could probably grow 4 really good or 8 shanty.

The idea behind SOG is too keep the plants short, just trim them down.

With lights like those you should do a SCROG. Just time the limbs down so the plants
grow horizontally across a screen, the light will be able to shind on all of the branches easily.

Here you go. Hopefully you found this before I showed you. I watched the first one and loved it. He talks a little slow, but the information is great. Clears up everything I was wondering. He states that he yields 8-10grams per plant. He has hundreds of them. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

al b fuct has a thread on here harvest every 2 weeks check it out..he uses 2 1000s but they are both hps and gets 13-16 oz every two weeks.check him out he got a bunch of threads he islike a ganja guru
