Scrubbing exhaust air from portable AC unit

What it do RIU,

Looking for some help here. My issue is cooling my flowering room.

I have one room split into two using black out curtains. The flowering portion is roughly 6.5’x6.5’ and the veg/clone/mother portion is probably only 4x5’ total, but not a perfect rectangle by any means.

I have 4, HLG550’s in the flowering room turned down to about 60-70% max. Still creates an insane amount of heat for that space.

In order to cool it down, I have to have an AC unit inside. I already run a window ac unit in the adjacent room running full blast with a passive intake to pull the cool air in. Not cutting it.

When I install the AC unit inside the grow space, how do I scrub the exhaust/hot air leaving the room from the AC unit? I’m afraid that the air leaving will smell like straight dank. Any advice on how to scrub, which scrubber, and which portable AC unit works best is GREATLY NEEDED AND APPRECIATED.

Thanks!

Have you checked for light leaks?
A curtain isn’t going to cut it .

Get a carbon filter n a 6-8” fan and exchange the air out ,

Sounds like you got to much going on.
Are you trying to do a sealed room without CO2 ? You need air exchange.

Keep it simple.
