SCROG grow

I was wondering if doing utilizing a SCROG method would allow me to use the 250 watt HPS lighting to flower more plants? Could I use 150w HPS and four 48" fluoro tubes? I already have the fluorescent lighting over 6 new transplants and some clones that are rooting, and was wondering if I could utilize these in a SCROG grow?
