Pictures later, the Sativa Dominant SLH is getting her stink back and the TD seems to be greening up a bit.

Placebo affect, or checking your kids every 12 hours- tops.

Clones need transplanted, have to cut a new lid to fit the net pots since the Neoprene inserts are a different diameter, 2 rows of 3 should do me just about right with 3.75 pots- this will let me transplant only once from clone/seed in any plants lifespan.

3-3-13 IV.JPG

You can see just about all new growth is greening back up a bit, though the real difference should show come top off and/or res change :eyesmoke:

:Update on nutes:
TD- Ph dropped down to 4.6 over night, I had added 1 1/4 liters of straight RO and 2ml of PH up, taking me to 620ppm, 5.8, 70.2*
SLH- ppm has dropped down about 20ppm and ph has dropped to 5.9

I am very excited to see these thrive over the next few weeks- I may be ending up moving my straight Red/White Pro Grow to the flower cabinet and running that there for a while, that will leave me to flower the TD, freeing up space for the TD clones to be transplanted, then I could clone the SLH and start flowering them and determine the pheno's shortly after the original TD and start scrogging the NEXT Td... idk... we'll see, we have to be at the doctor at 3:30 tomorrow to start "Cervidel" (spelling???) and induce the ol' lady, WOO!

Fuckin pumped man... been waiting on this lil hellian for damn near a year now, bout time!! :blsmoke:

Probably the last update for a minute, next time Ill be home, I will be a Father.

-Moved the Tangerine Dream and Pro Grow 180 to the Flowering Cabinet and set that bitch up to go out in about 20 minutes
-Gave new batch of nutes, moved up to a 10 gallon tote- finally. this thing's roots were dying for it- set up:

22 liters of water~ 5.8 gallons straight RO Water
30ml's of Bot. Cal/Mag+ (350ppm)
20ml's of Dyna Gro (500ppm)
6ml's of Ph Up (50ppm)

Setting it at about 902ppm and ph'd to 6.1

These are set on "autopilot" for the next couple days, SLH is still feeding, down to 340ppm.

The led I had moved to the Flowering Cabinet is a Hydroponics Hut Pro Grow 180 (thinking the '10-'11 series)

It draws 144-147 actual watts, it is primarily WW led's with 3 rows of reds- dono the peak, guessing 620-630 on seperate switches

One of the better "early gen" led's, personally.

It is a very steady median for the bang and buck between BStar/LH or generic brand and the higher end of things...

Chose this light for the Flower area with no questions, the other Pro Grow is a different model with what looks like WW, blues, red, and maybe some NW if my memory is correct.

In the right corner---->>>>My son was born this morning, at 10:42am- weighing in at 5 pounds 12 ounces and 19 1/4"

Ill be home to check the other kids probably late tomorrow.

Lying here in the hospital room, been surfing and figured I will post.. help pass time.

I went over and checked out the kids yesterday and early this morning; both times I was on the night cycle for the Tangerine Dream so I couldn't get a look at the colors of everything. Though all of them are drinking heavily.

Super Lemon Haze

-Growing rapidly since the recent changes, that beautiful neon green is in full affect
-I walked in the garage and about fell over, I am too stoked to smoke some of this shit once it is cured..
-Drank about 3 liters of water, went ahead and topped off it off with straight RO and 1ml Ph Up

took it to: 370, 5.9, 65*

Tangerine Dream

-Was originally 19" tall before 12/12, we'll take some measurements tomorrow and see where we're @
-Finally transferred to the 10 gallon tote for those roots to explode, it has drank about 1 gallon
-Went ahead and topped off with RO and took it to:

760, 6.1, 66*

Some Notes

1. The stank has picked back up, specifically the right Super Lemon Haze, it is all from 'er
2. The side branching from the SLH it equal to it's height- gonna be great cloning, but they are very slender limbs growing perfectly horizontal, no vertical angle to most of them... should be interesting to train..
3. My Vegging Prow Grow 180 is still mounted how it was originally (to the left side), so the kids are angling a bit, may end up rotating em around tomorrow
4. Clones took very well, I ended up transplanting them Monday, making them 2 1/2 weeks old(?) at the time- 3.75" net pots are their new, and permanent homes where they will be scrogged out to finish
5. Just got a few roots out of the bottom of the net pots today, the transplant was MUCH easier than I had originally thought it was going to be.
6. The root systems of the SLH are intertwined to the point that I could not sort them out... not even attempt. So it looks like they will be in this 5 gallon container for some time... dono how this is going to go in flower, may be flipping them soon to avoid some serious issues later...

I am assuming cutting up the roots to seperate the two systems would be a traumatic experience... but this may be a worthy investment to give the roots space later... what do you think Dawg? I know you recently pruned yours, but we're talking about taking some serious scissor action to the right side of teh Left SLH's system, and the left of the Right's.

Honestly... I think they would be alright... just don't want to think so and completely butcher some killer pheno's...

Brings me to my next paragraph... The Super Lemon Haze ROCKS!!! Fucking rank, pretty solid side branching... I cannot wait to see what this fucker's gonna taste like... AND the more indica SLH has some purple's coming out in the new growth, temps have been about 68-70* constant, lights on (24/0). It's sweet, growth has greened back up but still carries a slight yellow center... mixed with the faint stripes of purple... this more indica SLH has me just as excited as that stank.

Apologies for no pics, snapped a couple but cant upload them quite yet; tomorrow.

Hey Scotch. Congratulations. So what pre-school will the little tyke be attending ;)? They really should of called it Stanky Lemon Haze. Just put one into flower this week and can't wait for it's unique ass like smell to take over my grow LOL. I get so bummed out when I don't have it around, but I won't flower more than 2 of them at a time. Really tests the scrubber, but it's definitely "Desert Island" material, if you know what I mean, so I'll always grow it. Purple, huh? Could be a moly deficiency too ya know. ROFL

Dude... you're gonna die.. seriously. I dont laugh too hard often, I was on one for about 10 minutes... the High School that is the "default" school around here... their mascot is a..... **drumroll**

Hot Dog........

.............seriously?

Yea... fuck me....

But I am having to look into purchasing a second filter and rigging up another 6" fan I kept from my HID days and recirculating the air in the entire room. Even in veg, that SLH is tearing shit up. I walk into the garage and yes... my nose hair's singe... straight rank of ass.... ass.... is the only way to describe it. And with all the upcoming traffic around here... I cant take a chance of someone knowing what that, most concentrated, vial smell of ass, is. So ill be shopping a decent filter over the week. I am a big fan of passive intakes (unless the intake is lined up with the light system [T5's, CFL's], then a pc fan to help propel the air past..) and may be creating a passive intake to the entire room to get some natural air in there and exhausting to the attic (after the filter)...idk we'll see... stealth is priority, and time is short.

Here's the good shit...

Gentlemen... the beatuful Super Lemon Haze

3-8-13 IV.JPG3-8-13 VI.JPG<<<<<those are what I am talking about cuttin' on... idk... I have very mixed feelings about it, I may just flip em soon, but I will be INSANELY tight on space...

3-8-13 IX.JPG<<<< here's a shot of the Right SLH's new growth as a comparison to see the difference. (this is the rank bitch, 'specially when you rub those slender ass stems)

3-8-13 VII.JPG<<<<<<< clones, sittin at three weeks old and couple roots touching the nutes below

3-8-13 VIII.JPG Yep... I believe in a healthy defoliation once or twice in a lifetime, tucking is cluttering.

^^^Gotcha. It's in the mail as we speak. Whatever happens don't look into it's eyes or buy any insurance from it. I'll be there ASAP and remember, protect the child at all costs!!!!!!!

Actually Scotch it's looking pretty good, (how's it smell BTW?) so hopefully you won't need the above weed burner. 400,000 BTUs! Daaaamn! What's that for, those Monsanto meets "the Thing" weeds? Jeeze!

hahaha! Im telling yah man... I bought a ten pack of the TD originally, and it could have very well been something I had done, but the other 9 just did not like what I was throwin at em.. Keep in mind I started with my old methods that I was used to running in my previous set up (bagseed...but still..)

Seems this once has a little more "oomph" behind it, the vigor was more constant throughout the growth. I felt like with the other TD's they stopped growing at about foot or so, may be genetic, may not; either way, at about 4 weeks, every seed started to throw me severe Calcium def's and stunt. This one is on a 5ml/gallon regime of Cal/Mag, and seems to be doing well. It is had to tell what is old damage and what's new, so I have started trimming the lower fan leaves (still dark green, but ate up) to help see what's goin on. New growth looks great though, little light... but it's grown about 3 1/2" since the flip.

Fingers crossed.

Smell wise :/ meh... nothin really. You can rub the stems and get a skunky stick out of 'er, but nothing like that SLH- for comparison. The SLH is more of a... pungent, rotten skunk. Where the TD is more of a "green skunk."

I think being home all day has brought a sense of unrest...

Close to pullin' the trigger on some Astir panels to supplement my current set up, that Pro Grow in the Flower chamber could use it.. even if shipping is the price of another panel, I want to try these out

If things go well, I may order more.

EDIT: "custom" ratio (18WW, 8R)

Hey Scotch what's up, (besides the baby again :)). You know what? SDS should throw a few of those panels at some growers. See what people with less vested interests can do. I'd love to see you get one of those, but how can you make any moves until Area51 or Vipar show their latest? Plus Apache's newest...yada,yada,yada. And I'm sorry but I won't buy from a company that doesn't have a heavily biased entry in Wikipedia ;).
