Posted in Gens thread but reading thru the last few pages has solidified my decision to collect pollen from a smelly Chem D (91 Chem x Tres dawg) male I found in some older seeds
All the other males had similar structure but this dude stinks and I cant justify tossing him out with the rest. No idea what I'm going to with it yet. Maybe hunt thru a pack of Chem Kesey x ’79 Christmas Tree Bud for a nice girl?

I'm loving the genetics your with, Shwagg. This stuffs right up my alley.
Chem D is a very smelly plant. At around week 6 it has an intense dirty diapers smell, but dials back and adds more garlic funk toward the end. The Chem Kesey x CTB has thrown some Pinesol plants so hitting one with that male should create some fragrant plants. Glad you're digging the genetics.

They took topping well. Both parents throw branches pretty easily. The first pic looks very much like the (Chem'91 x C99).
They could certainly be a little happier and healthier. Those square pots just don't seem to have the room my style requires before transplanting and flipping. Hence why I am transplanting and flipping a couple of them before they have shown sex. 2 of those 4 are clearly showing female , but 2/4 are not. They all have a very strong typical skunky weed type smell to them and will be much happier in their new shoes.

Cheers :)

Giesal x Skunky D day 65 from flip. Flop City! Some lowers on P1-P4 have succumbed to the swelling of their own nugmeat. They were rig'd up with some quick supports for the final phase of their life.

The only cultivar that hadn't crowned yet is P-4 Necrosis. She's saving her greatness for last,to show off I figure.

P3-Chunky. Thicker than her nearly identical sister P2. P1 is just as chunkyor girthy as P3.Her Calyces are just not as bulbous.Different nug structure also.

P4 - Necrosis. The sister with THEE most STANK attitude and dispositon of the bunch. I can tolerate plant based stanks. Its the humans I have discord for.Heh

Thanks for a reliable reply.

I am mainly old school outdoor guy but have been having a lot of fun with a little tent setup using a 3000k 600w LED. I had been thinking of adding a 2nd tent, makes sense to tailor one for flower & one for veg, you confirmed my thinking. The 2nd will be a 4000k veg tent.

I have a major solar install on my house next week. Super excited, we have the highest utility rates in the U.S. I will finally be able to burn all the watts I want. :weed:
utility rates as bad as Hawai’i... tell me more I am intrigued lol

I know the answer to this may be somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it yet. Does anyone have any info on thc levels and terpenes for the Skunky D and Chem91 SKVA? Just got mine from GLG and trying to get an idea of what to expect.

Has anybody tried the Afghan Skunk outdoors in a northern climate (45N ish)? For outdoors, I need strains that are done by Oct 1 and have some mold resistance.
