SCALE will azamax work?

I have a pest that has been hitchhiking on my ladies. I am pretty sure it's scale they are stationary, found on my stalk most of the time. I have been treating with neem oil at least 5 times in the last week. My plants are revegged. They were all vegged outlside this summer, I harvested them, revegged them, took a few clones off ot them. All these plants were treated with BT and Neem oil weekly for the entire time they vegged outside. But obviously this preemptive measure didn't work for me, I was able to get a decent harvest but I did not treat my ladies when they were in flower. So here I am with 3 medium sized plants and close to 35 clones(taken off these same contaminated plants) in early veg. I have been keeping it hot with the neem and plan to keep that up, but I've ordered some Azamax, seems a lot of people like the results they get with it. I only ordered 4oz. will this be enough? Most of my plants are in 1.5 gallon containers. But I have a few in 1gallon containers and a few in 5 gallon buckets. I'm using sunshine #4. Any suggestions about how much neem or azamax to mix in the sprayer, and anyone with any advice on soil drenching would be nice also. From what I read the azamax is supposed to be absorbed by the plant and the pest eating the plant will be deterred or hopefully killed, is this right? I want these things gone! Please enlighten me if you have any useful info.

Azamax is awesome I use it every veg cycle I spray 3 times, do it every other day so mon. Wens. Fri. Just three times and they all dead and I spray right before flwr too, just to make sure they don't have any stragglers.. works amazingly.!!!10/10

You ever use it for drenching? If so what mix ratio would you recommend? What about foliar spray mix?
