sativa or indica? unknown bagseed.

This is my first grow and i am unsure of the strain due to this being random bagseed but i was wondering if anyone could make an educated guess as to if it was sativa or indica. I think indica but am not sure due to this being the first live plant i have seen. It is now almost a month old. 3 weeks veg 1 wk 12/12 no signs of sex yet. Pics are all within the pask week or so. Thanks in advance.

Also any input on if it looks on track and healthy at this point in its life or not would be appreciated.

Indica. Your leaves are curling up it needs more air and less heat

Thanks D i thought indica too. And i am currently working on the temp problem i am using cfl like 5 in away and have a 6in fan blowing at the canopy but cant seem to get it low enough. The symptoms have definitely lessened tho.
