Hey folks. For anyone in San Diego, I was looking to do the following:
Starting a private collective of just a few members with medical rec cards. The only purpose of this, is so we can form a collective, so if anything were to happen with law enforcement finding high plant numbers or medicine, it could be ok since it could be said it was being used for the collective. The worst that would happen, if someone were to get busted and goto a court trial, then perhaps other members could show up and vouch that they were in a collective.
The way a collective works, lets say you can roughly have 6/12 plants normally, with 2 people you could do 12/24. 3 people 18/36 and so on. We would only need about 6-7 total people. If you are part of a club/coop very likely they wont vouch for you in a court trial!

Yes, I know the courts struck down limits last year. However, San Diego still has hard ass police and DA, even if technically you may be good by yourself, you would still have to go through lengthy court trials/lawyer fees and confiscate all your stuff. We have formed a collective association (thats the legal deffinition), very similar to what you want to do, but in Ventura. Have a look at my thread and you can read some of the details. Don't even think about doing it without a lawyer if you want to be able to handle a raid. It will run about 3k.

I think Your going to have trouble with this. on the 16'th of feb. the san diego city council just imposed new laws that will go into effect by next november. they have to be like 1000 ft from each other and other shit like absolutely no profit is "ok" under city law anymore.
