Sannie's Extrema

Hi -

I am growing Sannie's Extrema outdoors this year. I just germinated 10 seeds and am 9/10 so far and I still have a chance at going 10/10... I plan on putting 6 of them outdoors. I have lots of room so I was considering topping them and then building a netted structure around them to provide branch support. Has anyone ever topped Extrema before? And if so, how does she react?

If anyone has ever grown Extrema before I would be very interested in hearing about your experience, especially if it was outdoors.

2 inside grew just fine, lots of nugs after topping but avg yield of very average smoke. Tastes lousy. Won't use remaining se-eds.

I grew a 5 pack of fems... had a pheno that branches well with hard nugs and another slow grower with more feathered kinda sugar leafs/buds. I like it and took a mom for head stash. Sannie said it will be discontinued due to mixed feedback.

Found part of my answer on Sannie's site... - http://www.sanniesshop.com/scrog-growing.html

Amos Otis and Hydroburn, thanks for your responses, I appreciate the info.

BTW - I germinated some Cotton Candy seeds for Delicious at the same time as the Extrema seeds... So far the extrema seeds make the Cotton Candy seeds look like scrawny little runts. The extrema seeds are very vigorous and vibrant and the Cotton Candy seems to be stumbling out of the gate... We shall see. I grew some Dutch Passion Blueberry that looked really scrawny when it first came up. Turned out to be one of the most vibrant plants in my garden... So ya never know...

Peace,
