Anyone have this setup, or simmilar? Is it the best right now?
Any experience with digikey? Is this a legit site.

For that price I went to depot and bought a led qb 5k 18000 lumens for 100 dollars. So far they have worked absolutely great. Its a led high bay light, take out the glass and plastic lens.

Those strips are 5300K, too much blue for flowering.
Are you using this light for flowering?
You want 3000K or 3500K for that.

These strips are a better option. You can veg and flower with these.
This one below is 3000K

Or the Hinflux strips

I have been doing a lot of research on this subject. The L2 modules use the LM301H light bulb which, as I understand is the same thing as the LM301B. It has just been marketed towards Horticulture. The difference between the F series and L2 is the efficiency and wattage. The F series are lower wattage than the L2. Either one will work great but as Moflow stated, you are going to want to go with 3000k or 3500k strips if you are using the same lights for both flower and veg.
