I am wondering if smoking salvia divinorum leafs (not extract) instead of tobacco multiple times everyday whould be less harmful on health.

I know that salvia divinorum makes you trip. but salvia leaf has less salvinorin than salvia extract.

CAN SMOKING SALVIA MULTIPLE TIMES EVERYDAY CAUSE HEALTH PROBLEMS SUCH AS CANCER, LIKE TOBACCO DOES:?:

The combustion of anything (tobacco, pot, salvia, rubber tires) is not good to inhale because they are all considered carcinogens. So would it be healthier to smoke salvia more than tobacco, I would say no because you are still inhaling smoke. Now if you find you smoke salvia less than tobacco then it could be considered "healthier" since you take in less smoke. The reason people say smoking pot doesn't cause cancer is because some studies have shown that cannabinoids act more protective than detrimental. The best way to smoke healthy is by vaporizing it. The other question is can you vaporize salvia? That I don't know, sorry. I hope the info helps in some way.

There are lots of things to smoke out there not sure exactly what your looking for though? You said would it be better to smoke salvia everyday then tobacco no is the simple answer but honestly do you think you could handle salvia everyday? I think it sucks the trip sucks everything about it sucks thats just my personal preference. It makes me feel like bugs are crawling all over me. You can smoke cloves those give a good buzz. There are also plenty of other herbel blends out there check out the legal herb advertisements online they might be able to provide you with something. But if your looking to smoke out of a bong and not have it be weed, I love pipe tobacco out of it, you can take huge hits that get you spinning the taste is decent and its hella cheap. Just make sure you get strong pipe tobacco.

I've read 1 time in what place that smoking lots of salvia in a relatively short period of time can suck your vitamin D levels down or something like that. Pretty sure I read once that frequent use could lead to a vitamin deficiency of x (can't remember what it was for sure).

But it can't be that bad if scientists and what not are raving about its anti-harder drugs properties and not talking about any negative side effects.

Which scientists and what not would those be? The ones that are quoted on the sites selling salvia? You know, the ones that are paid for their testimonials. Or are they the ones that have their findings published in scientific journals and "what not". Please let us know your sources so we can read what you are talking about.
