Salvia First time

Ok so I bought some salvia from Planet K yesterday and I was wondering whats the best way to smoke it?

I was just going to use the regular pipe that we use for weed and smoke with my bro but he just texted me and told me to bring my bong back so we can use that...

I feel the bong would be OVERKILL on our BOTH FIRST TIME of Salvia


Any assistance please....we are pretty experienced with weed of all kinds swag, to dro.

BBBBBBBBB...go with B-bong rip....take the fattest hit in a nong that you can(just salvia) and hold it in for as long as you can...even if it tastes like shit...if you wanna get high you gotta hold it in.
just remember you not going to die and have fun....its fun shit, i did it in a car my first time and it freaked me out. i was speechless for a couple hours because of what i saw.

definitely not a joint, pipe size doesn't matter, but a bong does make it more intense, theres the facts your call, i say pipe first, not intense enough, move to bong, what X did you get?

wat xs is it? like 25x or 10x, they say a bong or pipe is best, just make sure your with good friends and people ur comfortable with , i kno people who tripped out in a bad way because they wernt with people they felt comfy with, if u kno wat i mean

i've smoked it twice. the first time i hit on it nice and slow and the full effect wasn't there, the second go round, i hit the pipe hard, like i wanted to get high. i was on the floor and had no control. i gave the rest of what i had left back to my friend. so i would say go for the bong rips. have fun!!!!

Im only going to be smoking it with 1 person and he is my best friend...i trust this guy with anything, including making me feel better when drunk or high, getting people off my back and everything...lol even Doubled with a girl ...like i said best friend for life...smoking with this guy made a friendship unlike any other

i got yellow becuase they said not to pass red my first time

one time i did salvia 10x or whatever the medium one was called. with a big bowl on a glass on glass bong, so got a pretty big rip.

then i felt like the room was spinning in opposite directions and was out of my mind.

Bong is the only way to go. Cash out a bong rip and by the time you exhale you'll be on the way to the moon. I've tried salvia about 100 or so times and honestly half of those have been somewhat terrifying but the other 50 or so made up for it. A very powerful substance that demands a lot of respect.

Salvinorin A. (active ingredient in Salvia Divinorum) vaporizes at a temperature that will burn your lung tissue on contact. I want to say like 260C?

Anyway, you need a torch lighter, not a bic to experience full effects of Salvia. And you need to use that torch lighter in a water-filtered bong. The water and large chamber is necessary to cool the smoke down to a reasonable level.

If you want to experience the FULL effects of salvia, and not just that weird feeling you need to do exactly below:


If you have two separate slides, load each with a bowl of salvia (don't under estimate salvia because it's legally obtained). You will be taking two (2) hits.

Now, take some fresh breaths of air, take the butane torch lighter and burn that saliva. Clear the bong as best you can, and hold your hit for about 20 seconds. Hold on and stay focused because you will start being pulled.

Now quickly load your second bowl (or switch bowls) and breathe out, take a fresh breath of air, and rip the second bowl. On the second bowl, hold it for as long as possible. Enjoy your trip.


You WILL need a trip sitter. Make sure to let them know this is not some shit to be messed around with. I've seen people mess with other people tripping on salvia, that shit is NOT right.

Try to get a nice quiet, relaxing, familiar room. If you do have a salvia break through, it is described as being like warp speed in star trek. You are accelerated somewhere else (where you go depends on your trip). When your at this other place, you will not be able to hear or see anything in the last world, you are basically out of your body. So you really need a trip sitter to ensure your well being.

Heres the effects of my trip and my buddys trip....

His were amazing he said...we were sitting in the truck with bong in hand freshly cleaned the bowl
He expereienced a wave of sound/air/pulling him down towards the bottom of the truck like pulling him down with hands grabbing his ankles

Me - Well sadly i don't know why but we smoekd the same amount and my trip was not anything that i thought it would be.....for my i cleared the bong on it and i held it in as long as possible...but i didn't feel anything at all....so i then got out of the truck and stood up but i looked at the stars...somehow he got out of the truck and right next to me in like 2 seconds it seemed and then i "laughed" a laugh that he said i have NEVER done before

It takes some people a few times before their brain catches on to what its supposed to do.
I suggest useing a number of small pipes a few minutes appart until it does, after that you can smoke salvia for life.
Took me about 5 tiny pipes in a row before it took me away the first time. Just plain leaf sprinkled with a little 10x.

I got some 50x salvia for the first time and took 3 huge bowel hits and thats all she wrote... I left planet earth and was soaring threw outer space. Everything was great untill the earth kept getting smaller and smaller and I couldn't return when I tried. Then I heard my friends calling my name but couldnt see them (they were right next to me) I was still in outer space.At this point I thought I was never going to stop tripping or be normal again. But then all the sudden bam I was back on earth and everyone was standing around me staring at me and I took of running outta the place LMFAO and returned in about 15mins wondering what the hell I was doing. apparently I was walking around like a zombie drooling everywhere

I since havent taken such big hits so I didnt trip that hard and have been slightly intimidated from it

By far the strongest and shortest trip I have experienced. way stronger than 3 hits a acid i have done or 1/8's of mushrooms

Never smoke salvia while peaking on mushrooms... I know this thread isnt about that.... im just saying haha..


Btw In my experiences with salvia it doesnt matter who your doing it with.. After you hit it and hold it in they're gone.. For me i completely go to a different dimension, sometimes i completely disappear, as anc said it can take a few times for the brain to understand what to do, now even if i smoke a low extract it puts me to a different dimension..

Ok Thanks, im gonna try the red brand of salvia they sell next time i go back to the hydro store...trying to think if i want to save up the money for a BADASS bong...mine is just a regular 1 footer but it hits like a mofo
