Those green houses are expensive to buy, don't see any for rent. Some are going for up to $10,000-$200,000 an acer. smallest being a five acre greenhouse for sale 50% share, not sure how that works. So for about $50,000 you can partially own a greenhouse, utilities available water, gas, electricity. what kind of equipment do you use on a five acer grow? How would you run that magnificent greenhouse? Two acres for veg one acer for clone and seedling and two acers for flowering? I'd say it's about a $150,000 investment to get started, easily would pay for itself in an open market on the first run. It's too bad I'm broke, and it isn't an open market, otherwise I'd totally get a greenhouse in salinas.
