S.O.G. Potential Yield?

I have a 5by5 room with 1400w's and a 4 ft. verizontal reflector? What would potentially yield the most, 12/12 from start with 100 plants or 3 week veg with 25 plants, or what would you do with this space to maximize your yield?

Your Help Is Appreciated!,

100 seem like a lot to me too, but 1 to 4 per square foot is what Iv been hearing, which brought me to this question, what would potentially yield the most, 100 small ones or 25 bigger ones? Just a little confused that's all.

Thanks,
SmokenMoose

hmm.. ive never done SOG.. but i have grown weed a few times lol. and if you give them 3 weeks of veg from clone.. they will get up to 4 times bigger than when you put them in (depending on strain, and how well rooted they are)

personaly i would do the 3 weeks veg.. it would give them some extra time getting used to the environment (soil or hydro?), and time for you to find some flaws in your grow and adjust.

Unless you Veg them in another area and consistantly just change out plants when time is ready, I would do straight 12/12 with as many as you can squeeze. Thats the idea of SOG, no Veg, just get em out asap. I always like to say you can usually get atleast 10g per plant with that much light. I would say that on the low end, if/when you get more, youll be happy.

Hey there Smokinmoose, ya what darkcloud said. I grow both ways and you can get more or a yeild with a sog grow but there is more time and work involved. Smaller containers with very little veg time, shoot for a single cola if you can. Good luck!
