rusty/burned spots on leaves

hey all; my plant is in it's 9th week of flowering; i know that the lower leaves shld begin to die but i understood that this is only for the older sets of fan leaves. however, these spots are appearing ONLY on the lower fan leaves but on the new and old fan leaves sets. the ph is ok , as well as the temperature and the humidity. can anyone tell me what these spots are? and will they affect the end product? (shld probably be harvested in abt 2 weeks). thanks a lot https://www.rollitup.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=1924315&stc=1&d=1323318752

I'm not 100% on what that is. Has it spread at all? Also if they are that close to harvest I'd keep my eye on it but during the end of flowering the buds are sucking up all nutes. Have you started the flush yet?

i thought abt that but last time i watered it was right before it's night time so i dnt think it's that. for the spreading, yes i think it did, it's on some leaves (5-6) that are all next to each other. ive noticed some tiny cracks or tears on one leaf that is way higher tho, but it doesnt look the same. for the flushing i cut back on the N a couple of weeks ago so i'm just watering with pure water now (done once since and will do it 2 more times)

I guess another option could be disease. A lot look similar so hard for me to diagnose. So close to harvest maybe a general safe multi symptom organic spray for those leaves. I use this stuff for a couple diff things. I'm sure it's safe but I'd keep it off the buds anyway. Funny this is the first time Ive ever seen the reviews maybe I'll look into something else :p. http://www.scotts.com/smg/catalog/productTemplate.jsp?proId=prod10270030&itemId=cat10060012

If I had to take a geuss I would say it was a disease I have a friend who had the same problem and once it starts to spread is how you know I for get what it was called but the best thing to do is get some organice spray for it and it might help cause its some kind of mold and I don't think it will mess up your harvest to bad if at all good luck mate hope every thing works out for you

You mentioned you cut back on the nutes and started using just pure water. That might mean that you lack Calcium and Manganese. CaliMagic would help. Some nutes have them put into regular feeding nutes...NPK etc. But I know with mine I need to supplement it or else I get similar issues. Unless its some sort of bug. Use a 30x jewelers loupe if you need one. Very cheap online.

In my opinion it looks as though something wet has come to land on your leaves from an unknown source and the light burned it. Some plants with big fan leaves transpire quite a bit in the dark cycle especially if the leaves overlap. Actual water will form and can burn and it can also harbor powdery mildew as well. I would not worry too much , and I doubt its spreading ! I worry obsessivley about my plants and I always see them worse than they are !!
