Rust - Fungus spores (how to kill safely)???

I recently got rust in my grow room. (Picture is apparent in lower leaves and this is from 6 months ago but new clones has it from start I think).I got it from one of a few clones I was given a while back from a friend because he too has it. I’ve read up quite a bit on the problem and it seems to be a lot worse in some people’s garden than others. For me (and also the dude I got the clones from) have notices that it only seems to take in the lower branches but it does move a bit upwards sometimes but never has it reached any of the actual main colas. I believe I’m loosing a few ounces maybe a qtr lb at most from it.

With that being said I’ve heard people say burn sulphar or spray with zinc copper treatmeants and some others things. I’m trying to raise my day temps as they sometimes get to 67 but usually they are at least 70. At this point only a few seem to get infected with it the rest are fine. But I have heard it can spread if your not on top of it. Has anyone ever had success getting rid of it completely during A grow?

My plans is to take month off to sterilize or move locations as this has been such a bummer. I also plant to give my plants more hydrogen peroxide as foilar I I’ve tried neem and it doesn’t seem to do anything lol!!!!!

Thanks any help would be rad I’ll have more pics tomorrow... ps now my buds look like this The strain I ran before were not as good and that sucked. But the point is I still have the rust and gotta loose it!
