I learned a cool trick yesterday, using spinosad as a root drench. @curious2garden said 15ml - 30ml per gal. I did it yesterday and my plants weren't dead last night, so it's a start.
Thanks for the tip. I haven't seen anything yet.
I'm probably going soil so just being proactive/careful.
These are about to get shit canned.
By this past Monday the main, new leaves started drooping so I assumed too low of humidity and @ Noon I put the plants into the covered pot. The LED has been on full.
I'm depressed that I can't get a plant to grow anymore. I know "KISS" and all that. But look.

Why does the pot have a top and why is the light turned all the way up for seedlings.
The pot has a top because the humidity in the basement tent fluctuates between 23 and 24%. The seedling leaves started drooping Monday so I put them in the pot as a makeshift humidity chamber.
Since the pot top is covering the seedlings I tuned the LED fixture up to compensate for the glass.
Why else?

Oh, well, OK.
I had the seedlings under a florescent fixture but the humidity was too low so the thought to seal them in a stock pot popped in. What else can I do? I tried a dish pan with plastic wrap but the wrap wouldn't stick to the plastic dish pan.

FYC, Cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar but pure cinnamon) sprinkled on your soil will not only kill and prevent fungus gnats it will also stimulate your roots.
I think you may be over watering which is causing the yellowing and fungus gnats.
How often and how much are you watering them?
You may want to run a humidifier in the tent with them instead of covering them and turning up the light.

Once the seedlings break ground I remove any dome. I use mosquito bits with great results at 4T/gal and only soak for 1/2 hour, saturate each cup the add layer of perlite or DE. As long as you don't over water gnats should be gone. I was taught as ipm to top dress with castings since they have beneficial predators (may be bro science but it works for me).
There wasn't yet fungus gnats. The dunks were deployed as a preventative measure anticipating an infestation due to the poor quality of soils I've encountered over time. When I'm at big box I see the fungus gnats flying around. Every time I've purchased FFOF from the hydro store I've had spider mites. I accept the the bugs and now try to head them off at the pass with prevention.
These seeds got water as seeds then one watering with the mosquito dunk solution. They aren't over watered now. The soil is just damp like I think the soil should be in a high humidity environment. The soil is not wet. But clearly I'm wrong.
Here's a pick under the whiter fluorescent light.
I don't see any more reason to go on with these. I can sit here wasting weeks trying to fix these so will pop some new seeds @ Noon.

My furnace removes humidity out of the air. The furnace even has a sump that periodically runs. I just don't think there is any way to raise humidity without sealing an area in plastic. Before I put these into the stock pot I did start misting them every few hours beginning Sunday.

Why multiple seeds in each cup?
