rubbery looking and feeling leaves:@

just noticed yesterday my 2out of 9 young plants have rubbery looking and feeling leaves,not sure what it is also just noticed on 2 of my diesels i have recently switched to 12/12 have also got a few leaves like this , thought it may have been the strain but my other 2 smaller plants are completley diffrent , im using biobizz nutes grow i started the usuall way start weak then work your way up e.c.t i havent got a clue what it could be maybe my p.h as my meter is broke need new 1 asap , im also growing in soil mixed with perlite sand and vermiclite ready mixed bought from shop.any body got any idea what it could be maybe p.h ? heres a pic of the smaller plant alhave the same problem ect

The curl of your leaves reminds me of the ol' Claw. Probably an excess of nitrogen and, from the look of things, not enough lighting.

deffo not lighting ive got 3 lights 2 250watts mh and hps and a 150mh for my cuttings

I don't think it's pH because it doesn't look like a nutrient deficiency. More like something to do with light, heat, or humidity. It could be a result of CO2 deprivation. What's your CFM for air exchange look like?

Just because you have lights doesn't mean they are close enough. That one plant doesn't look 650w strong to me.

Your plant should be somewhere between these given your lighting. The plant you showed is stretched; indicating that the lights are too far away (probably to deal with the heat).

Other than that all I can think of is you sprayed the plant with something.

Keeping the light close is important to efficiency. Research the law of squares.

yeah i have sprayed the plants , i used rizhotronic by canna its meant for my cuttings but when ive sprayed them its misted the others ect so thats probaly whats wrong then? ive got a 150mh inches from the smaller plants as theres not much heats as its got a cooltube connected so its not the heat but also could be a co2 problem as ive not got a proper system just co2 gas cylinder wich i squirt in now and again but the rest of my plants are fine so mustbe the spray , cheers for the help much appreciated
