Its sound fine mate. if your pot is around the size you say it is then you prob need to repot in the next week. I had this with mine and i changed from the 7.5 liter pots i was using to 15 liter ( 3 gallon ) You want the roots to become stable enough to repot but not root bound so that when you do repot they don't fall apart when you take them out.
If you go into my profile then view my public profile and go to where it say's statistics and click on that then find my thread my first grow. there are pic and some good advise in there for you..

pots could be too small and its time for a transplant.

but this happens alot when the root system gets too big

Its when the roots fill the pot to a point that they are so packed they do not function correctly.

yeah your worrying too much there pal. Its a good sign that the plant is serching for moisture when the root shows out the bottom of the pot.

You prob need to get pots that are 15 liters or bigger.

the more medium the plants roots sit in the bigger the plant and the bigger the yeild...

No it wot hurt the plant on the flip side when you put them in to a bigger pot they will explode in growth. Take a look at my thread and you will see.

Sounds like they're getting close to transplanting. One thing though... you don't know what sex they are yet so wait till you can tell if it's male or female. Dependng on the strain you could be seeing pre flowers at 4 weeks. This way you don't have to transplant a male and then just kill it later. Saves some work and time. In the meantime you just may have to water a little more often. Make sure the water drains and sits on those exposed roots for an hour or so. If the plant doesn't use the extra water just dump the excess out. Most of the time they suck it up though. Sounds like you have some healthy plants!

I wouldn't be too hasty to plant tomorrow if your just starting to see root from the bottom i would leave it another 3-4 days so that the roots can hold the medium together. You don't want to take them out for them to fall apart in your hands. you could test 1 by turning it upside down and gently tapping it out. If it starts to fall apart then put the pot back on and turn up to normal position... Its no big deal leaving them in a while....

All depends on when your going to put them in to flower. just keep to the same cycle you are giving them until you decide to go to flower.

Im a noob too so i cant give you much info on this.

Best to go to the problem thread's and search there....
