Round leaves

Hey guys I just started a grow about 17 days ago. I have three plants that all look very healthy, except for one. This one plant has more rounded tips. Also one of the three fingered leaves only has two leaves. I will try and post pics.
Is this normal?

I think that is just its genetics . I've had leaves that grew more roumdish when it first started growing. Eventually the leaves started growing normally when I got closer to flowering
