roots

A little more info would have been alright.

How old is the plant in question? What light cycle do you run? Hydro, soil? What kind of soil? What size pots do you start in? Do you let those pots fill up with roots a bit before transplanting? Do you let the soil dry out a little before watering? Do you use any kind of root stimulator? Sorry for the questions, but to get good answers, info is needed.

I start in 4 inch the build to 7 i use soil and am on an 18/6 light schedule. It seems that i was getting a better root mass when i was doin rockwool cubes and a humidity done now i use an ez cloner the humidity dome was just taking to long to root the cubes. In the cloner i ad a bit of kln to the res. But then water aftet that.

So you are talking about root mass on new clones?

Clone roots can be wishy-washy. I only deal with a few clones at a time, and I use the water cup method. Once it shows roots, I put it in soil and and build root mass by transplanting at the right times and proper watering routines. Someone else may have some pertinent info relating to your method, but I have found if if you just give the roots a good environment, they will thrive.

Also, are you saying a 7" pot is your final size, or gallon?

No Im refering to my roots while in the puts not the cloner. They have a good roots when in the cloner but once i put them in soil they dont get as bountiful as i would like. Other words is there a root excelerator u woulding suggest? There is house and garden that i have read good things about but its so expensive anything u have uaes yourself that u have gotten positive results from?
