Hey guys, I just bought the uprising line (grow, bloom, n foundation) and I was wondering how much of each do you personally use per gallon of soil? or per 5 or 10 gallons, however ya measure. I just don't feel comfortable with such a wide range such as is stated on the package. 1-2 tsp for 1-10 gallons of soil could get you alot of different ratios. so I thought I'd ask people what has worked for them

Use it towards the light side of what the package says. Do NOT use the online chart roots has or you'll burn the shit out of your plants.
Keep it minimal. Add some kelp and bat guano to aid bloom and then at least do some earthworm castings to get some microbial action in there. Or use more expensive packaged microbes. Enzymes are awesome for this as well. Just using uprising alone will grow fair quality buds that completely lack in yeild.

Roots has multiple online feed charts. Make sure you're looking at the organic one.

My first run with roots I top dressed at 1 tsp / 5 gallon pot, using foundation and either grow or bloom. Now in 10 gallons I am using 2 tsp per pot. I have had very little burnIng issues and the results have been very very nice. Supplement with silica, guano, enzymes and whatever else you like.

Beneficial bacteria (I use Recharge and MammothP) are a must with this stuff. Assume it will take a week or more for a top dress to reach the roots in a soluble format because the microbes need to process the dry nutes. That makes timing the issue with this nutrient. You need to anticipate what your plants will need.

Water it in and then give them time. I usually end up feeding every other week. The in between weeks just get lighter feeds of the amendments but none of the basic nutes.

Good luck!

Like a wise man once said "if your not using microbes, your working too hard." just a guess, you DGC? I'm using Mammoth P and alternating between recharge and Oregonism XL.

I'm trying to use the uprising to make a water only supersoil type deal, where the most of what the plant needs is there waiting for the micro beasties to hand over to the plant when it needs it. I have NFTG, Protekt and enzymes (Dyna-zyme and Enzymes Komplete, I was using EK but I'm giving the Dyna-zy/me a try) so I could do a quick feed with the nectar if need be for a quick(er) fix/feed
