I came home today after work, found it grew those top leaves since this morning. Wow. But the problem is the grow tent was ranging about 80-85 degrees F. The bottom leaves look a little droopy, I watered over 4 days ago, so could it be it was just hungry? I just watered it as the top of the soil was dry and I even stuck my reader in the soil and was almost in the red "dry" about 3 inches down. Does this look like it was thirsty or am I doing something else wrong. It was much droopier before I took the picture though.

Thanks. Got them down now. I was looking at it, noticed a root growing above the soil. That's not good is it? What can I do?

I'd just leave it, or perhaps fluff some medium on top of it.

Just don't love the plant to death; it looks good.

She looks good imo. Like Spec9 recommended, I would sprinkle some medium over the root/roots. Not sure of the cause of this, actually first time I have heard of it. I would then just leave her be and let her do her thing. Sometimes less is more... Good luck! Keep us updated.:bigjoint::peace:

I just got back from the movies and ran to check it, and the leaves straightened up. Must have been thirsty. I also put more soil around the pot to cover the exposed root. Kind of odd, maybe the way I planted after germinating caused it. I had noticed after planting and it sprouted the roots were growing sideways then down. Seems to be doing fine so I'm not gonna stress over it.
