Rootbound?

have you fed it? the pot is indeed small, although your roots look fine and fluffy. but a small pot can be sucked dry of ferts more easily than a larger one.
This^
and...
I wouldn't say it's rootbound but if you plan on vegging much long longer I would probably transplant. They look a little hungry to me, probably for the reason DonAlejando explained.

Doesn't look rootbound to me. How many days from seed? I see it's flowering so I'd personally not repot but, as stated above, you need to keep an eye on your nutes ( looks like she could use a bit of nitrogen ).

since your flowering i would give her a balanced diet for a few rounds then go back to flower nutes. you will need to feed waaayyy more often since you got so much root mass

Just because you asked..... you could pee on it....
Urine has nitrogen.
My thought was though... If you re-pot, the soil you use may have all the nitrogen you need for a while depending on the type you get.

not a bad thought if your desperate. i know tomatoes can take a 10/1 water/piss ratio with their watering and some people do it. would that be safe for cannabis?

i dont know about repotting during flower but i ordered some more ffof soil and that should be here in 3 or 4 days. and grow big big bloom and tiger bloom

some of my leaves are starting to curl in and die at a few of their tips and curl back while the rest of the leaf looks fine till it reaches the center.

It doesn't look root bound to me. Root bound plants are much worse than that. It's moving elements around and that's why you see yellowed foliage in the bottom. You need to step up your N a little but there's no hope for those bottom leaves, they'll drop soon.
