Rootbound plant watering cycle/flush

Hey all.

I'm growing a Bubba Kush strain in a 3 gallon smart pot container. I'm in three weeks into flowering, but came across some certain issues. The plant is "rootbound", I was wondering, how often should I water a plant with this issue and if its okay/necessary to flush at all (Organic made soil).

Are you feeding it when you water, or just plain H2O?

I am using teas and distilled water cycles. It's lower leaves are yellowing so I'm not sure if I'm doing too little or too much. :/

i tell my plants to quite bitching and be happy i didnt kill them like the males...

i use an enzyme to help break down old roots, i have 2 gal pots maybe, and i fit 9 under a 1000 in a 4x4 and put out 500 to 600 grams a light.

the only problem i run into is that towards the end of flower i have to water every other day, this will actually be the last run with these pots and going to a 3 gal

I just transplanted my 3 plants as I thought they were rootbound...Only took a couple days for them to fire back up
