root rot to overwatering?

yesterday i noticed a brownness to my roots so i cleaned the tank and added hydrogen peroxide. the plants looked much better as i wet to bed and teh roots were all white again. when i woke up my biggest plants(3 of them) which are the only plants in that reservoir that reach the water below were all starting to droop and the rot looked as if it was coming back. i have again cleaned, this time even more thouroughly the reservoir and added a little hydrogen peroxide.
i unplugged the water pump in case there was too much watering going on but i don't think there was. i water for 15 minutes every 4 hours. anyway, if anyone knows any other reason why the plants might be drooping please let me know.

also, does it sound like what i did should get rid of the rot or if you know any good products to get red of rot let me know please.

i wasn't being pissy or anything i just saw that over 20 people had looked and no response so i figured i must have done what they would have done. no worries. i checked it at lunch again and the droopiness is leaving and the h202 is still whitening the roots. i also put on order a liter of sm-90 just to make sure and i'm going to clean everything again upon it's arrival in 2 days.

I need pics, some roots turn a little brown, all depends on the Nute and strain of the plant... Nothing will happen if it is just caused by the nutes, if it feels all slimy than you got a problem

well, pics at this point would only show what appears to be a healthy plant as the droopiness is gone and the brown is gone. sorry, i also don't have a camera yet. well, i have one but it mysteriously stopped working recently.

the strain is white widow x big bud, and the nutes are flora grow and micro with a minimum of voodoo juice. the plants are around 8" and i'm only using around 1/4 strength. after the last clean i decided not to readd any nutes till i think the problem is fixed so i don't waste em.

how can you tell if it's slimy or if it's just wet?
