Root rot problem

Hi I'm having a root rot problem the leaves turning light green and yellow and stuff roots turning brownish I'm using hydroguard and it's literally not working what should I do I do not had my top drip on maybe the root rot is inside the clay pebbles n stuff idk someone Help me lol ph keeps dropping to 3

Water temp? Lower that shit if its too high.
