root rot overcome but can I clone?

Well the title pretty much says it all. I was a newbie to DWC and drowned the gals who then developed root rot. With in 3 days of noticing some droop and yellowing I cut off all exposed roots and put the net pots into a full tray of Hydroton. Its been three weeks and the plants are perked up and doing much better. I'm planning on flowering them but my question is, should I get more seeds or just clone off the recovering ladies? Thx for input

Cloning is a lot cheaper, and if you find a plant you really like buying more seeds of the same strain doesn't mean you'll get the same phenotype. Do you know what caused your root rot?

yea the plants were suffering in deep water culture but I pulled them out and put them in trusted Hydroton, they are doing much better. Is it ok to clone off these plants previously damaged by root rot?

If they've been growing for 3 weeks I don't see any reason why you could'nt
