Root rot, advice needed. Learn from my mistakes!

I think I made the biggest mistake and left the cap insert the seals my root chamber from light and outside atmosphere over the weekend. I can't see the backside of my root mass on one of my plants, but I can see a little browning in the bottom left of some of my pics. How fast does this stuff progress? My res temp never exceeds 68 thanks to my chiller, and plants and roots have optimum conditions, do you think they will be okay?

Take some scissors and cut 75% of those root off....and instead of dealing with root rot..you will have root not. Done deal.
