Vacuuming is faster but the main reason you vacuum is to ensure all the butane is out and not trapped in your final product. I personally dont vacuum purge when I make my BHO.

just checking in im still alive lol. sadly work takes most of my time so not too much extra to journal or chat here. my staggered crop will be finishing a few plants a week for 4 weeks starting in a week or so 
they were flowered at different time and came from other grows... which kinda turned out shitty cuz that tangerine dream brought mites. I'm winning the war but they pop up in spots but glad im not infested. mostly just leaf damage nothin in the buds or sugar leaves. it did stunt the growth a bit and the new movers didnt help. that shit cut my bud size by 60% fuckin sux. i got maybe more buds, but I'm assuming there is a drop in weight, there not as dense.
did make 2 runs of oil with a better filter and o my fukin god it is LEGEN-wait for it....DARY!!!!

ok so the krypto, romulan, and kmk's domina are drying and soon to be trimmed well start that is.. giving the GDP, tangerine dream, and Jagoo another week before 48hrs night then harvest. must take pics of the jagoo and gdp they are thick and sexy, not to frosty though for the jagoo. i had some other plants not get as frosty not sure why... could have been lack of light, not enough nute or idk what...
oH Yea! ordered seeds from attitude and got them one feminized from each strain: Liberty Haze, Laughing Buddah, Violator Kush, Honey B, and 2 free feminized of Okrka, and Kabales. Popped the Liberty Haze and the Kabales, LH just showed true leaves and Kabal is about to pop out the first 2 i forget what they called.. will be keeping clones of these, not for sell, but for hommies only

guna start final trim tomorrow for the rest of the crop. the last ones did ok see pics. set for drying 2 days later. lost visible size hopefully not weight... will not be using mover next grow!
