2 how do you know what the margin is on a tobacco company selling loose tobacco vs rolled smokes?

The tobacco companies dont loose anything on the tax
becuase it is the consumer that pays it

I wonder how many roll your own enthusiasts here in Vegas were spiking their cigs with a little Ganja, or just plain rolling a few spliffs while they were at it? Would be a pretty neat way to roll up a few.
