Rockwood cloning question?

Cloning in Rockwood with trays and domes. Wondering if I am supposed to leave the wrapping on the outside of the cubes? Checked a couple and some are starting to root some were not doing shit. Can clone anytime. Have a mother and 40 or so plants on day 5 of flower. Want to get this straight before day 14 so I can clone some more if needed without straight raping my mother plants. I'll include pics. One with the wrapper on one off. Tell me which one to use lol. They have been in the cubes for 7 days and I do not let them sit in water. If it's dry I water the tray. Other than that they get sprayed with 6.0 pH 220 ppm tap water that works fantastic with my other plants. In my closet where it is fairly warm I would say 75 to 80 with some air movement but no fan. Kept the dome on for 4 days then removed. Any help is great thanks. Happy growing! And please help lol. Main concern is do I leave the lable on the outside of the cube or not?

leaving the label on will reduce the algae growth on the cube.
spraying marijuana plants when their is no fan will reduce chances of a mold free plant.
