Rockn to the Lockn?

Figured it would be best in the music oriented area. Anyways as the title implies...are you gonna be Rockn to the Lockn this September? If you are wondering, Lockn is a music festival in virginia in its second year, I personally went last year, and am again this year considering its the only furthur show Im gonna get this year! Few other bands include widespread panic, perhaps the allman brothers last show, willie nelson, string cheese, umphreys mcgee, bob weir and ratdog, phil lesh and friends, and a ton of others that I dont really recall at the moment...anyways figured id throw up a thread for the place cuz its gonna be killer, and was quite kill last yr (besides the fucking waiting in line to get in...)


note: Im not making this thread to try and meet up with people or anything. Just making it to see who is going, maybe interest a few people that hadnt heard and would like to go to the show, or even just talk about the crazy shit that happened last year if you went.

WOOOOHOOOOO!!! I'M HEADED BACK HOME FOR THIS ONE!!! Check out Spaghettifest too man. It's in VA and althoug small 3000- people, it is widely considered the best hallucinogenic festival on the East coast among many I know. Guarantee you see DocKing treats rolling around! New applejack recipe is gonna have people going nomnomnomnom!!!

Great to hear of the fest brother, been looking for something like that since the great and wonderful schwagstock left me

i live 20 mins from lockn..ill be chillin there this year also..
they dont have schwagstock anymore? ive been a few time..spaghettifest is fun also..doubt i can make it..keep in touch maybe we can roll up at lockn..

Yea that sounds good man. I've never been to schawgstock, but I have heard of it.Not sure if they still have it. Spaghetti puts on the most insane live shows right? They are so funky I love it. I'm thinkin about hittin the costume shop tonight to get real weird this weekend haha

have fun! im going to fireflynext week..been waiting for months to take the course to get my driving permit back(i got a dui,dumb)and they schedule me for the day the gates open!..ill reschedule,but nothing like uncle sam to mess up your plans!
spaghetti fest is cool..i used to rage L there,nugs also.in my youth..i can only imagine its gotten better and crazier,especially with r.c.s and the molly craze..
do you live near locken campgrounds or are you travelling? up to you,but we should try to hang out that weekend..compare war stories and such..
who you trying to see the most? im stoked about furthur playing,and chris robinson also..hot tuna gonna be tight..sci also!

so bobby cancelled all his tourdates..ive allready said i was just going fri,but now fri is gonna be mediocre..still going to the show?
