Rocklock, L.A. Woman, Lemon Skunk.

I was wondering out of these three strains if anyone would have a reccomendation on which one to keep as a mother? I got 9 whiteberry and one will be a mother. I recieved the other three flavors for free. All femd. From what ive read LA Woman is better suited for a SOG style, which is what im gearing towards in the future. However the Rocklock is shorter in flowering time and is a bigger yielder(i think). Ne ideas are appreciated, thanks.

I like to grow each strain and try for myself. Even if in a 1L bottle just to learn it up.
Getting a keeper mom is up to luck - it all depends on what YOU get from YOUR seed.

I grew GHS lemon skunk. Poor yielder, not that healthy of a plant but great smell, nice bud formation and pretty potent (i'd give it 8\10 for potency).
You might get another pheno that will be pretty different.

Yeah, I pretty much have ruled the lemon out as a mother. The problem is I only have one seed of each and dont plan on ordering nething else. Im pretty sure im growing with rocklock, seems to fit my needs the best. But I feel ya on letting em grow and see what happens. Thanks for the advice, and the info on the lemon bro.

Oh yes I forgot to mention, out of the 13 i recieved, minus the one damaged whiteberry, using 5 tbls hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water I have a 100% germ rate within about 24-28 hours time.

I would grow all of them in veg for 6 -8 weeks and then pick out the best one's and keep those as the mothers... What they start out as is what they will grow to be... Healthy mothers = healthy children....Peace

Yeah, thats what some friends have said also, but ive got the keep in mind the grow im attempting. More of a faster flowering, SOG grow. I understand a better plant = better mother but i also gotta suit my grow needs. I do appreciate the advice though, was hoping someone here has had some personal experience with rocklock or the LA Woman. Thanks Thanks, and Thanks though guys. Lighting
Plan on using a 4 bulb 4 ft tf HO setup. Running the blues for veg, switching to red on flower. Almost might add a couple CFL for flower.

Soil/Nutes
Im using 1 bag of FF ocean forest to 3 bags of sunshine. Using SuperThrive, Pure Blend Flor Grow, and a little FF Big Bloom for Veg. For Flower I plan on using FF Tiger Bloom, FF Big BLoom and maybe some Atami Bloomtastic towards the end. Also using Bio Bizz TopMax.

Strains
A total of 9 whiteberry which one will become a mother. 1 rocklock 1 lemon skunk 1 la woman. Either the LA Woman or the RockLock will become a mom also.

I plan on going from compost cupes from a germination station to plastice cups, and then into 15 qt. , 2 foot trays where i will be putting 3 of each into the trays, except the two i decide will be mothers.

Ne one got ne advice, ideas, tips, or corrections on what I'm doing? Ne help would be appreciated, and who knows, maybe one day ill be the person who can help someone else. Thanks in advance

Each strain has its issues.
Rocklock should be a really massive flowering plant. While resulting with high yield thoes strains are more suspicious to bud mold usualy so it will need a lot of air circultion to minimize the chance of getting mold.

Yet another reasn im leaning towards rocklock, big yields and i have excellent circulation with a comfortable stable humudity. Unless through the growing process something major happens i think rocklock is the winner.
