Well I have to say. For 230 watts I was impressed.. IT did what it said seed to flower as for yield in comparison to 400hps I wish i could tell ya. Different strains different types of grows all in all.. What i do like is the low heat low consumption of power no ballast its not huge. I will be buying more in the future.. Right now the rocket is focusing on a 4x4 table full of tomatoes basil cilantro and much more. its winter now 1000whps in a 4x4 here we come pics to follow on latest grow. Started off with the rocket and finishing with 1000w HPS see ya soon

Gorgeous veggie plants
Thank you thank you I'm telling you this LAMP is by far the greatest thing since sliced bread. 230 watts par come on you just cannot compete for same wattage...despite pricing oh and look at the temp gauge. My basement is 68 degrees year round look at placement lamp to where the hygrometer is 2 degree change NOT BAD if say so.IMG_0164.jpgIMG_5589.jpg IMG_5593.JPG IMG_5594.JPG IMG_5596.jpg IMG_5597.jpg IMG_5620.jpg

I'm lucky with 2030w at 12 hours in my veggie room to get 72 degrees in there. never gets colder than 68 and if it does i have a fire place not 4 feet away.. God i love this house LOL
I've got tomatoes growing and flowering in the greenhouse but too cold to set fruit

i sometimes supplement 1000w bare bulb in room for up to 10 hours of the day since i only have one ballast.. but it helps with lower parts of the plants. Just started using in a week ago.

I want to order some specialty pepper seeds and get an early start under my 400w dimmable hps or mh bulb. hopefully they'll produce before summer heat shuts them down.

First year a grew ghost peppers they didn't fruit until it was late fall and nearly too cold

Really I gotta be a dumbass. Well that's your opinion. But this lil lamp produced tones of fresh food n herbs for me so I'm happy and that's all that matters

Well in Florida homeless bro. That's where. Haven't been able to grow since 2/2014. But I don't advertise my downfalls and don't see anyone helping. Lol
Sorry to hear that, hope all works out for you, don't bother listening to the haters just keep doing you.
