I dont really get sick from it at all unless its cherry flavor than i puke my guts out but grape and orange go well for me never got sick from them but i guese ive put off the report long enough ill add it now

Heres the report, so i drank 3 bottles of Delsym Dm grape took about 1.5 hours to start feeling the pull of it but dxm is slow and it takes like 4-6 hours to fully plateau and full effects last about 12 hours. But i discovered something about dxm that nobody ive read about reports its true psychodelics properties. Most people report it having no visuals really with a feeling of seperation from yer body but the truth is they were doing it rong. They would do it socially with the lights on walking around. But to truely experience its power you do it alone in total darkness. So at about hour 4 or 5 i turned the lights out and put on some light trance music and closed my eyes and remained completely still. At this point my body felt physically pulled away and i was no longer in my room. It would take me to different places and i had a 3rd person perspective of it. I would see full landscapes and ancient battles and peole and creatures going about there busines but they looked absolutly real! Like not halucinations but like clear memories. And when the music would change the scenery would change. I also would be would into empty rooms were i would come face to face with strange creatures but i couldnt see all theyre details cuz these rooms were always dark. One of them i thought looked like bigfoot. Wats interesting is the trip was reseptive to my wishs i could control it to a point by telling it wat i wanted to see. But it was very interesting lying in a dark room motioless for 12 hours watching this. Ill be doing it again someday i really like the stuff actually. But if yall do it i suggest you try it like i did it and let me know wat you think

Not sure from my understanding its the dxm itsself that makes you nauseous but some believe its the addatives
