I live in a household of MMJ patients. I grow the legal amount in my state. I'm way below the DEA radar and I don't tell anyone.
$40,000 bail is the same as $4,000.00. That's the beginning of your fines for being an idiot. So you couldn't wait 20 days to avoid this problem? The DEA's not coming to my house to bust me for my tiny grow op and the local authorities don't have the right under our state constitution to do anything about it. Keep your shit on lock if you want to play this game.

He doesn't have to payback $40,000 as long as he shows up to court. That's what bail is. It's a deposit to show up to court. Show up, get your money back.
Usually use a bail bonds company and they charge 10% so you have to make payment arrangements with them for $4,000.00

Well as you can see I'm a nub lol never been arrested. Fuck though 4000 IS STILL money to pay back. I remember when I got a drag racing ticket and I had to be on parole for three months every time I gave them like 100$ to pay back my fine every month it hurt to give money for something that could be avoided.
