I just got a vaporizer and I was wondering if anyone uses the vaped weed for edibles, bubble hash, whatever?

I have a mason jar. When it's full I make a lb of butter. My gf like them before bed time, don't taste as good as fresh mugs would tho.

I've smoked it. Not good but it helps when your out.

I don't understand how it would be good for anything. Doesn't vaping just burn the resin glands at a low temperature and doesn't burn the plant matter? What would be left to get you high?

I works not bad for baking edibles with. Decarboxylation has occurred and it seems to leave some THC / cbd still in the already vaped herb. Takes a lot more than normal herb though.

Vaping shouldn't burn anything it just gets the cannabis hot enough that the THC CBD ect vaporize into the air and inhaled. No smoke from burning plant material is the intended effect. Doesnt seem that 100% of the thc vaporizes as when I used it to bake with it still works just I find I use 4 times more in butter.

Very true - it is like smoking roaches, wouldn't be any ones first choice.
